Our services are subject to Canadian immigration laws and policies, which may change from time to time. We are not responsible for changes made by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or other government authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for your application. Any false or misleading information may lead to rejection by immigration authorities.
• Compliance: You agree to comply with Canadian immigration laws and policies throughout the application process.
• Payments: Payments for our services must be made as per the agreed terms. Failure to make payments may result in a delay or discontinuation of services.

4. Use of Personal Information

We collect and use personal information such as your education, employment, family details, and other necessary data solely for immigration application purposes. By using our services, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of this information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. No Guarantee of Success

While Canadizen Immigration Consulting strives for the highest level of accuracy and professionalism, we cannot guarantee the approval of your immigration application. Decision-making authority rests solely with the Government of Canada.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Canadizen.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Canadizen Immigration Consulting and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Canadizen Immigration Consulting is not liable for:

• Delays or rejections caused by government policies, technical errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Misrepresentation or omission of facts by the client.
• Any losses or damages incurred due to reliance on information provided on our website.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion if a client breaches these terms or engages in unlawful or unethical behavior.

11. Refund Policy 

At Canadizen Immigration Consulting, we believe in transparency and fairness. Since immigration processes are carried out in multiple steps, our refund policy is designed to reflect the scope of work completed at each stage. Please read the following refund terms carefully:

Step 1: Profile Competency Evaluation (PCE Report)

• If Canadizen Immigration Consulting is unable to find any suitable Permanent Residency (PR) program for the applicant while preparing their Profile Competency Evaluation (PCE) Report, the applicant will be eligible for a full refund of the Step 1 fee, excluding applicable taxes.

• The refund will be processed within 10–15 working days and will be credited to the original source account used for payment.

• However, if the applicant is found eligible for any PR program based on the evaluation and a PCE Report is generated confirming the same, no refund will be applicable for Step 1.

Step 2: Document Compilation & EOI Submission

• If the applicant has submitted all required documents, including their language test results and Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report, and Canadizen Immigration Consulting fails to submit the profile into the Expression of Interest (EOI) pool, the applicant will be entitled to a full refund of the Step 2 fee, excluding taxes.

• The refund will be processed within 10–15 working days and returned to the original payment method used.

• However, no refund will be applicable if:

  • The applicant fails to submit complete documentation as required for Step 2.

  • The applicant chooses to withdraw or close the application due to personal, medical, or other reasons.
